The Sapphire Room is a bright and functional conference venue offering 65 m² of floor space on the second floor of the three-star Green Garden Hotel in Falenty, near Warsaw. The room can be arranged in several configurations: theatre-style for up to 66 guests, classroom-style for up to 30 guests, U-shape for up to 50 guests and banquet-style for up to 42 guests. Its flexible layout allows the space to be adapted to both presentation-led meetings and interactive sessions involving discussion, teamwork and practical activities.

The Sapphire Room is air-conditioned and benefits from natural daylight as well as blackout facilities, providing comfortable conditions for full-day events and multimedia presentations.
